Garland, seconded by Dr. Avery to proceed to elect new Board for coming year, also to proceed to elect President for one year from April 1st. Result of ballot — 3 votes, of which M. J. McPherson had majority and was duly elected. Motion to elect Secretary for one year in place of A. Garland. — Result of vote — A. Garland received majority. Motion to elect Treasurer for one year in place of Dr. Avery — Dr. Avery was unanimously re-elected.
    Motion to pay the bills for papers and books as per list. Carried.
