    After due consideration, the following bills were allowed.

    Moved supported and carried that we order the International Yearbook for 1908 and 1909 and ?Handbook of U.S. Public Documents and Latin and German Lexicon.

    Moved and supported that the report of the Librarian be accepted and place on file: carried.

    Moved and supported that M.J. McPherson be a committee to see the Edition of the papers in Howell and have them publish Librarian's
    report and try to get them to publish the lists of new books from time to time.

    Report of Treasurer read and on motion accepted. Moved, supported and carried that we have 750 copies of Annual Report or Yearbook
    printed for distribution among taxpayers.

    M.J. McPherson and R.B. McPherson were elected committee to prepare Annual Yearbook and have same printed.
    On motion, the Salary of Janitor was unanimously voted at $40 per month. On Motion, M.J. McPherson and A.D. Thompson were
    appointed as committee to attend to all matters pertaining to Library and village where they are jointly interested.

    The following bills were allowed

    The Board proceeded to the election of officers for ensuing year as follows:
